Packing sets can be made from packing extraction processing of packing sets!

The automatic machine on the right performs the extraction of packing and then carries out the insertion of the packing set from that state. Generally, it is common to extract the packing, temporarily place it in a case, and then bring it to the workshop for the insertion process to be done by machine or manually. This automatic machine minimizes human contact as much as possible; by setting the packing foam sheet in its original form and the cap in the parts feeder, it performs the entire process from extraction to packing insertion consistently (limited to PP types). The inner surface of the cap where the packing is inserted and the top surface of the cap are visually inspected by a visual inspection machine to determine good or defective products.
